We’re delighted to announce our new mouth-watering Summer menu which is bursting with locally-sourced produce and fantastic flavours.
With a mix a classic favourites and new, exciting dishes, we have something for every taste bud. Whether you’re an out-and-out meat eater, vegetarian or vegan, all of our menus have been refreshed ready for the summer months.

Grille’s A La Carte menu boasts five starters, nine mains and five deserts. As proud members of Select Lincolnshire, the menu is packed with produce from local suppliers including Redhill Farm, Scaman’s Eggs and Cote Hill Farm.
Choose from broccoli and spinach soup, mackerel pate, orange cured smoked duck, roasted baby aubergine salad or Redhill Farm pork terrine for starters followed by one of our award-winning mains, including rolled loin of rabbit, seared sea trout or roasted cauliflower.
We’ve also changed the Five of Harts lunch menu but maintained the brilliant value as we offer two courses for £12.45 and three for £14.95. Your options include red pepper and Lincolnshire red cheese arancini to start, Redhill Farm pork Holstein for main and Scaman’s egg custard tart to finish.
‘We always try to set the benchmark with our food,’ explains Myles Mumby, head chef at the White Hart Hotel. ‘We’re especially proud of our new menus, which continue to provide exquisite dishes. You’ll recognise some of our dishes but there are alternatives to the norm as well, always with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
‘We’re proud to work closely with local suppliers to ensure our food is produced is Lincolnshire when possible. The menus are available now and we’re looking forward to hearing feedback from our customers,’ adds Myles.
